These employees are on the payroll of First Diversity Healthcare Group and all related payroll taxes, workers compensation and employee benefits are paid by First Diversity. Our clients pay a fee based on gross payroll plus a percentage, resulting in substantial savings as well as the elimination of exposure to risk associated with workers compensation and unemployment claims. Our site managers have many years of a combination of HR and Healthcare experience. Our clients have the option of final approval on any or all employees.
