2002: First Diversity Staffing Group (FDSG) was founded by Miguel Ten, working from his home office in Seaford, Delaware.

The first Labor Outsourcing contract with a food manufacturer was for 25 employees and 3 temporary employees.

2006: FDSG secures its first major client contract in Springfield, Ohio.

It’s for 80 Labor Outsourcing employees and 11 Temporary.

FDSG has now a total of 127 employees.

2007: FDSG is awarded a second major contract for 125 Labor Outsourcing employees.

FDSG establishes its Home Office at 2440 East High Street, Springfield. FDSG has now a total of 289 employees.

In June 2007, George A. Ten joins FDSG as its Vice President of Field Operations.

2008: FDSG purchases Partners In Staffing in Duluth, Georgia, a Labor Temporary office which is converted into a Labor Outsourcing service to complement its temp force.

Jordi Arimany becomes a partner in the Georgia group.

FDSG has now a total of 356 employees.

In August 2008, George N. Miller, former President/CEO of Springfield Regional Medical Center, joins FDSG as COO for the organization.

FDSG establishes the First Diversity Healthcare Group and George N. Miller becomes a managing partner for FDHG.

FDSG purchases Med-Ex Services in Cleveland, Ohio, which services several medical groups, clinics and hospitals in the Cleveland area.

FDSG has now a total of 653 employees.

2009: FDSG establishes First Diversity Management Group (FDMG).

The umbrella groups are established as: First Diversity Healthcare Group, First Diversity Manufacturing Group, First Diversity Hospitality Group.

In January 2009, FDMG purchases an Historic building in the Springfield East High Street Historical area and establishes its Home Office at 560 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio.

2009: First Diversity Healthcare Group opens an office in Fayetteville, North Carolina to service a major Healthcare group.

In 2010, George N. Miller is appointed President/CEO of the Healthcare Group.
